Agricultural, Rural and Property Solicitor (NQ to 3 PQE)
The role
A mix of agricultural and rural property work for landowners, farmers and rural businesses. Typical matters include land and farm sales and purchases, agricultural leases, option and promotion agreements for development land, easements and covenants, refinancing of high value rural assets and property aspects of succession planning.
What you will need
A qualified solicitor with up to 3 years PQE and some experience in commercial, agricultural or rural property. Strong drafting and a commercial way of thinking.
