Associate, Contentious Construction, 3 to 5 PQE
The role
You will run construction dispute files, advising on payment, extensions of time, defects and insurance. You will handle adjudications, arbitrations, mediations and TCC proceedings, draft submissions, witness statements and advice, and work directly with clients. You will also help with seminars and articles.
What you will need
3+ years PQE in contentious construction and a 2:1 degree. You will need knowledge of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and the CPR, and experience running your own files and adjudications.
