Associate, Employment Practices Liability Claims, 4 to 5 PQE

You will join an insurance team defending employment related claims for professional and management liability insurers, both before and after proceedings are issued. You will manage your own caseload of employment practices liability claims, advise insurers on policy coverage, and help improve how the team delivers and reports to clients.

Around 4 to 5 years PQE with experience of employment practices liability claims and a strong employment litigation background. You will need a good grasp of tribunal procedure, excellent written and spoken communication, strong Microsoft Office skills and close attention to detail.
