    The role

    You will run your own caseload of housing litigation and advisory work for social landlords, local authorities and private landlords. Work includes injunctions, possession claims and disrepair, plus non contentious policy advice. You will supervise juniors and paralegals, deliver client training and support partners on complex matters.

    What you will need

    2 to 4 years PQE in housing management or litigation. CILEx lawyers need civil litigation practice rights. You will need experience running your own files and supervising others, good IT skills and strong communication.
