    The role

    You will handle mergers and acquisitions, restructures, joint ventures and shareholder agreements for owner managed and growing businesses. You will run your own files, build client relationships and play a part in business development.

    What you will need

    Around 4 to 6 years PQE in corporate law, a strong academic record, good client skills and the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
