    Associate or Senior Associate, Cyber and Data

    The role

    You will advise insurers, policyholders and brokers on cyber and data breach matters. That covers breach response cover and policy wording, complex coverage disputes including multi insurer claims, and running incidents from first compromise through to recovery with forensic providers and other advisers. You will also handle regulatory engagement with the ICO and related data protection advice. Senior associates will supervise junior lawyers.

    What you will need

    Associate level is around 1 to 4 years PQE and senior associate around 4 to 8 years PQE. You will need a background in cyber breach response, cyber insurance coverage or technology and data claims, plus strong drafting, analysis and project management.
