Associate, Residential Development
Housebuilder clients, big land deals and a clear route to building your own name in residential development. This is a seat with a national team, not a support role.
The role
You will act for national housebuilders and major developers on large and complex land acquisitions across England and Wales. The work also covers collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels, funding structures and urban regeneration schemes. A good seat for someone who wants to build a long term career in residential development work.
What you will need
A solicitor with around three to five years PQE. A commercial property or development background is welcome if you have a real interest in residential land work.
