    Associate / Senior Associate, Corporate Energy (3 to 6 PQE)

    The role

    You will join a corporate team focused on the energy sector and the move to low carbon energy.

    • Work on M&A, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements for energy clients
    • Coordinate teams across different specialisms and countries
    • Run due diligence and draft deal documents
    • Be a trusted day to day contact for clients
    • Coach and support junior lawyers

    What you will need

    • At least 3 years PQE in corporate work (exceptional candidates with a little less may be considered)
    • Technical skill and market knowledge in line with your level
    • The ability to handle several deals at once
    • Good client relationship skills
