    The role

    You will join the pitch team and help the firm win new work, while studying for a Level 3 Bid and Proposal Coordinator apprenticeship with one day a week set aside for study.

    • Look after the team inbox and pass new opportunities to the right people
    • Watch tender portals for new opportunities
    • Help pull together pitch documents, tenders and questionnaires
    • Keep the content library up to date and organise meetings

    What you will need

    • At least 3 A levels
    • Clear written and spoken communication
    • Good organisation and the ability to juggle deadlines
    • Confident using Word and Excel
