    The role

    You will run formal tender responses and proposals for regional and national opportunities. That means scoping and assessing bids, building the win plan with fee earners, researching clients and prospects, and drafting, editing and proofreading content. You will pull in input from teams across the firm, coach fee earners ahead of pitch presentations, run debriefs on results and keep the content library and precedent bank up to date. You will also look for cross selling openings across the wider business.

    What you will need

    At least three years in bid or tender management in a business to business setting, including formal tenders. Strong writing and verbal skills, confidence dealing with senior people, close attention to detail, good IT and numeracy, and the ability to prioritise under pressure. InDesign and property or construction sector experience are useful but not essential.
