    The role

    You will join a large and established childcare team acting for children across England. Work covers care proceedings, emergency protection orders, special guardianship and adoption, private law applications, rule 16.4 instructions and separate representation of competent children. You will give clear, practical advice and support to young clients through difficult cases.

    What you will need

    5 years PQE or more in childcare work.

    Children Panel accreditation, or working towards it.

    Strong advocacy experience.

    A calm, practical and caring approach.

    An existing guardian following is welcome but not essential.

    The role is subject to a DBS check.
