    The role

    You will lead matter opening and client onboarding across the business, managing a large team. You will make sure AML, KYC and client due diligence checks are done right, lead the rollout of onboarding technology, bring processes into line across offices and report on team performance.

    What you will need

    Experience managing a file opening, onboarding or compliance team in a law firm or other professional services business. A strong working knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD and regulatory duties.
