    The role

    You will run a caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims from first instruction through to settlement or trial. That covers assessing liability and quantum, instructing experts and counsel, drafting pleadings and statements, attending conferences and mediations and advising clients throughout.

    What you will need

    A newly qualified solicitor who did a clinical negligence seat, or a solicitor with up to 3 years PQE in the area.
