    Compliance Officer, Law Firm

    The role

    You will help develop and maintain the policies and procedures behind the firm's regulatory compliance and give day to day guidance to colleagues. The work covers professional conduct and regulatory issues, conflicts and client onboarding queries, regulatory reporting and investigations, keeping registers up to date, file reviews and compliance monitoring, and writing compliance bulletins. You will build knowledge of legal and professional regulatory requirements.

    What you will need

    Strong written and spoken communication, confidence dealing with people at all levels, and good organisation across competing priorities. Solid IT skills and some knowledge of regulatory requirements in professional services. Experience in a professional services business or with a regulator, or of iManage, Intapp or 3E, would help.
