    Conveyancing Manager

    Northampton Residential ConveyancingPermanent, full time, office based during probation, then agile working may be possible Competitive

    The role

    You will run residential transactions from instruction to completion, including freehold, leasehold, unregistered and new build work.

    You will check and report on title, raise and escalate technical or risk issues, and keep matters compliant.

    You will supervise and support paralegals and junior staff, and build relationships with clients, lenders, developers and suppliers.

    What you will need

    Strong residential conveyancing experience.

    Able to run a varied caseload with little supervision.

    Experience with complex title issues.

    Experience supervising or mentoring others. Shared ownership, transfers of equity and remortgage experience is a plus.
