    The role

    You will run your own residential conveyancing caseload and lead a small team.

    • Manage files from instruction through to post completion
    • Supervise the team and allocate work
    • Build good links with clients and referrers
    • Spot new business opportunities

    What you will need

    • Qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer
    • At least 3 years running residential conveyancing transactions
    • Experience managing or training junior staff is preferred
