    The role

    You will work on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, drafting and negotiating corporate documents, governance and company law advice, restructures and business succession planning.

    What you will need

    Ideally 0 to 3 years PQE in corporate work, though other levels are welcome if you have the right skills.
