    You will run your corporate transactions practice under the firm's name, setting your own rates and serving your own clients. Pay is based on collections with no guaranteed draw, so this suits a partner with a steady, portable book who is comfortable earning on results. There is no capital buy in.

    What you will need

    • 8 or more years, currently a partner or senior counsel
    • A portable book of $750K or more
    • Comfortable on a collections based model with no guaranteed draw
    • Based in the US, ideally in New York, Chicago, DC or Texas
