    The role

    You will run Low Income Housing Tax Credit and affordable housing transactions on your own, working closely with senior attorneys who know this market well. The team is still being built, so you will have a real say in how it develops and be one of its first senior hires. Ties to the Buffalo area are helpful.

    What you will need

    • 7 to 10 years of practice, with at least the last 4 in LIHTC or affordable housing
    • A law firm background
    • Able to run deals on your own
    • Admitted to the New York bar
    • Happy in the Buffalo office Monday to Thursday
