    The role

    You will work on complex and high value Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications, contentious property issues and welfare cases. There is regular contact with vulnerable clients and their families, so the work is both technical and personal.

    What you will need

    You will be a newly qualified to 2 PQE solicitor or legal executive with some Court of Protection experience. You should build relationships easily and bring a compassionate approach to working with vulnerable people.
