The role
You will look after the client ledger for one of the firm's legal practice groups.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and make sure invoices are paid on time
- Deal with invoice and payment queries from clients, partners and lawyers
- Own queries through to resolution and flag risks early
- Help improve processes and meet team targets
What you will need
- Previous credit control experience
- Experience of high value or high volume accounts
- Good Excel and Outlook skills
- Strong attention to detail and good organisation
