    eBilling Analyst

    The role

    You will support the full eBilling process for the firm's clients.

    • Submit invoices through client platforms such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati and CounselLink
    • Keep client and matter data accurate on those systems
    • Track and fix rejected invoices
    • Manage the eBilling mailboxes and client queries
    • Train and support billing teams in the UK and overseas

    What you will need

    • Legal billing experience (essential)
    • Good knowledge of eBilling platforms
    • Understanding of client billing guidelines
    • Good relationship skills with finance, IT and fee earners
