    The role

    You will act for insolvency practitioners, individuals, stakeholders, SMEs and larger organisations on personal and corporate insolvency. The work mixes contentious and non contentious matters, including litigation support, corporate restructuring and advisory work.

    What you will need

    A qualified solicitor with post qualification experience in insolvency. Litigation experience is preferred, as is exposure to corporate restructuring and advisory work. A broad PQE range will be considered.
