You will bring an established labor and employment practice to the South Florida office and continue to grow it with the backing of a national platform. Partners run their own practices with a high level of autonomy, and the pay model is clear and open, so you know how your work turns into compensation. We will want to understand the size of your book, how much of it would move with you, and the type of clients you act for.

• Based in or willing to move to Fort Lauderdale
