    Lead HR Business Partner, Ireland

    Ireland HRPermanent, hybrid €70,000 to €85,000 (Dublin)

    The role

    You will be the lead HR partner for the Irish offices, working closely with the partners and senior leaders there.

    • Deliver the people plan for the Irish offices
    • Run salary reviews, promotions, talent planning and change projects
    • Apply firm wide policies in line with local law
    • Support recruitment, onboarding and international moves
    • Give practical employee relations advice and use HR data to guide decisions

    What you will need

    • Strong HR business partner experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services
    • Confidence to challenge and influence senior people
    • Experience of reward, performance reviews and organisational change
    • Good employee relations knowledge and a practical, commercial approach
