    The role

    You will focus on negative cost transactions and billing within finance.

    • Run reports to find billing issues, credit balances and unrecovered costs
    • Work with lawyers and finance to resolve them
    • Process internal billing and reconcile suspense accounts
    • Support month end and year end and keep a clear audit trail
    • Report on volumes and ageing and suggest improvements

    What you will need

    • Experience in billing, legal cashiering, finance operations or accounts receivable
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills
    • SAP and strong Excel skills
    • An interest in improving and automating processes
