    The role

    A senior role acting for major housebuilders on complex, large scale land acquisitions across England and Wales. You will also handle collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels, funding structures, strategic options and urban regeneration work. Mentoring junior members of the team is part of the role, and the level will reflect your experience.

    What you will need

    At least five years PQE, including work for housebuilders. Experience of mentoring others and a track record of strong client service.
