    The role

    Work with legal and business services teams to understand how work moves through a law firm and where it can improve. You will turn their requirements into practical specifications, help test new systems and support colleagues through implementation. The remit includes workflow improvement, digital tools and the adoption of AI. You will also track project actions, keep delivery records clear and assess whether the changes solve the original problem.

    What you will need

    Experience in business analysis and coordinating technology projects. You should be comfortable running discussions with stakeholders, mapping processes and explaining technical requirements clearly. A professional services background is useful, alongside knowledge of change management and user adoption.
