Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate
Work across the life of a commercial property investment, from acquisition to exit.

The role
- Advise on investment, occupier and development transactions, including single assets and property portfolios.
- Handle landlord and tenant matters and maintain direct communication with clients as transactions progress.
- Coordinate advice with finance, tax, construction, corporate and other specialists, while supporting junior colleagues.
What you will need
Around four to seven years PQE or equivalent relevant expertise in commercial real estate is sought. Strong transactional experience across investment, occupier and development work will be relevant. You should be able to understand a client’s objectives, manage detailed documents and take a commercial view of the delivery of matters. The role also needs someone who can work constructively across teams and help less experienced colleagues build confidence.
