    Own your transactions while drawing on experienced property lawyers when a matter becomes more complex.

    The role

    Handle a mixed commercial property caseload covering acquisitions, disposals, development work and landlord and tenant matters. You will advise clients directly, coordinate the stages of each transaction and support property aspects of wider corporate work. Responsibility runs from the initial instruction through completion and billing, with senior colleagues available for guidance on unfamiliar or more involved issues.

    What you will need

    A qualified solicitor with around 2 to 5 years of commercial property experience. You should be able to progress straightforward transactions, identify points requiring advice and keep clients informed. Careful drafting, sound judgement and an organised approach to files are central to the role.
