    The role

    This opportunity offers a variety of business instructions, from company and business sales to reorganisations and commercial agreements. You will progress client matters and assist on larger transactions, building both technical skills and professional relationships.

    • Manage acquisitions, disposals, demergers, joint ventures and commercial agreements.
    • Work through due diligence, disclosure and the documentation needed to complete transactions.
    • Build client and referrer relationships and contribute to business development.

    What you will need

    The preferred level is around two to five years of qualified experience, with flexibility for a suitable background. You should have a range of corporate and commercial experience, communicate confidently and enjoy working with colleagues on transactions. Commercial judgement and a clear interest in continued development are important.
