    Build advisory and tribunal experience while developing your own client relationships.

    The role

    Advise employers and individuals on workplace issues, from contracts and policies to grievances, redundancy and discrimination. You will run suitable matters with supervision and assist senior colleagues on more complex tribunal cases. Work can include preparing witness evidence, reviewing settlement terms and responding to day to day HR questions. There is also scope to contribute to client updates, seminars and business development.

    What you will need

    A qualified employment solicitor with at least around one year of relevant experience. You should be able to translate legal issues into practical advice, organise case preparation and recognise when a matter needs senior input. Confident written communication and the ability to establish trust with clients are essential.
