The role
This opportunity is suitable for a newly qualified solicitor or a lawyer in the early stages of practice. You will assist with and manage employment matters for businesses and individuals, gaining breadth across advisory and contentious work.
- Advise on settlement agreements, employment documents and everyday HR issues.
- Assist with tribunal proceedings, restructuring, redundancy and workplace compliance.
- Support the employment aspects of corporate transactions and work with senior lawyers on more complex instructions.
What you will need
You should be a motivated employment solicitor with commercial awareness, a clear interest in building client relationships and willingness to develop your technical knowledge. The role offers supervision and mentoring appropriate to your experience, with the chance to take on responsibility as you progress.
