    Take responsibility for private family matters and help clients work towards a practical next step.

    The role

    Manage privately funded family matters from the initial instruction through to conclusion. The caseload includes relationship breakdown, financial remedies, cohabitation issues and private children matters. You may also advise on marital agreements and protective applications. Alongside the legal work, you will build client relationships and contribute to the development of the family practice.

    What you will need

    A qualified family solicitor with experience suited to associate level. You should be able to manage a varied caseload, explain difficult decisions sensitively and keep matters moving through deadlines. Sound drafting and a willingness to contribute to professional networking are important. Relevant private family law experience is important.
