The role
An opportunity is available for a family solicitor to manage a varied caseload and develop client relationships. The work involves both legal detail and sensitive conversations with people dealing with significant changes in their lives.
- Advise on divorce and separation, financial remedies and private children matters.
- Prepare and progress applications and agreements, maintaining clear files and meeting court deadlines.
- Build client relationships, contribute to advocacy and support referral and business development activity.
What you will need
You will have qualified experience in family law and be comfortable giving clear, realistic advice. The advert is aimed at an early career lawyer with at least around one year of relevant experience. Strong organisation, client care and a willingness to develop professional relationships will be important.
