Family Solicitor

This position offers a range of family instructions involving relationship breakdown, finances and arrangements for children. You will be responsible for progressing work, maintaining client confidence and contributing to the wider team’s service.

• Advise on divorce and separation, financial remedies and private children matters.
• Prepare and progress applications and agreements, maintaining clear files and meeting court deadlines.
• Build client relationships, contribute to advocacy and support referral and business development activity.

The advert seeks a solicitor with at least around one year of post qualification experience in family law. You should be able to manage competing deadlines, explain complex matters in straightforward terms and handle sensitive issues with care. An interest in networking and developing professional relationships is also relevant.
