The role
A legal services business is seeking a qualified finance leader to work closely with senior management. The role combines strategic input with responsibility for financial performance, reporting and the day to day effectiveness of the finance function.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting across revenue, profit, cash and operational performance.
- Develop the finance team and strengthen financial controls, governance and working capital management.
- Assess investment and growth plans, improve finance systems and support audit, tax and statutory reporting.
What you will need
You will hold an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification and bring substantial finance leadership experience in a business or sizeable division. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, explaining performance and turning financial analysis into practical decisions. Experience of professional services, organisational change or integration would be useful.
