Head of Private Client

This senior leadership opportunity covers wills, trusts and probate. You will guide the department’s direction, help colleagues deliver consistent advice and take responsibility for the commercial and operational decisions that support a growing practice.

• Develop departmental plans, budgets, forecasts and performance measures.
• Provide guidance on complex or valuable matters while overseeing technical quality, compliance and client service.
• Develop senior colleagues, strengthen referral relationships and identify opportunities for the department.

You will bring substantial private client expertise and the confidence to lead people as well as legal work. The position suits a lawyer who can balance financial performance, risk and the experience of clients, and who enjoys developing a department rather than focusing solely on an individual caseload.
