    The role

This role offers legal support work alongside responsibility for an allocated caseload. You will help landlords address possession, tenancy breaches, injunctions, disrepair and leaseholder issues, with regular involvement in the papers and deadlines of litigation.

    • Prepare claim documents, witness evidence and hearing bundles under lawyer supervision.
    • Keep case deadlines and records organised, and communicate with clients, counsel and the court.
    • Assist at hearings when required and take increasing responsibility for allocated matters.

    What you will need

You should be able to research, draft clearly and organise a demanding workload. A degree at 2:2 level or equivalent in a relevant subject is required. Housing or property litigation experience is useful, but is not essential. Careful attention to detail and clear client communication matter.

    What is on offer

    • The work may include routine County Court advocacy and occasional site visits.
    • It suits someone who wants to develop both drafting confidence and practical case experience.
