    The role

A real estate team is looking for an administrator to support its daily work. The role involves careful document handling and flexible support for colleagues, providing a practical contribution to the progress of client matters.

    • Prepare correspondence and arrange completed documents for dispatch.
    • Coordinate documents requiring signature, including documents executed under a power of attorney.
    • Maintain electronic and paper files, manage routine office tasks and provide cover for colleagues.

    What you will need

You will need strong organisation, reliable accuracy and the ability to prioritise several requests. Confidence with Microsoft Office and document management systems is important, as is clear written and spoken communication. A legal secretarial qualification would be useful, but is not essential.
