Legal Recruitment Manager, Fixed Term

The role
- Work with hiring partners to understand requirements, write adverts, assess candidates and coordinate recruitment decisions.
- Source talent directly and manage agency support, using appropriate channels and data to improve results.
- Build internal relationships and contribute to recruitment projects alongside the wider people team.
What you will need
At least five years of recruitment experience is sought, gained in agency or a combination of agency and in house legal recruitment. You should know the legal talent market and be confident advising and influencing stakeholders. Careful candidate communication, an understanding of recruitment data protection requirements and the ability to manage several hiring processes are important. An interest in practical uses of AI is also relevant.
