    The role

This practical legal technology role combines analysis with delivery. You will spend time with legal teams, understand how matters are handled and develop workflows, automation and AI tools that address real operational needs.

    • Map processes and translate them into decision logic, templates and workable automated solutions.
    • Configure tools, test prompts and run pilots using feedback from legal teams.
    • Train users, write guidance, resolve problems and track adoption while following information security requirements.

    What you will need

You will bring at least two years in legal technology, operations, analysis or process improvement, plus practical experience with automation platforms and professional use of generative AI. A relevant degree or equivalent demonstrable experience is acceptable. No formal legal qualification is required.

    What is on offer

    • This suits someone who enjoys asking detailed questions, building tools and helping colleagues use them successfully, rather than stopping at recommendations.
    • Apply through Connect Legal Partners with your CV for a confidential discussion about the role.

Speak with Connect Legal Partners in confidence. We will discuss the employer and application process with you before any introduction.
