The role
An experienced solicitor is sought to advise on wills, trusts, powers of attorney and estate administration. The role combines personal responsibility for legal work with the opportunity to strengthen existing client and professional referral relationships.
- Manage private client matters from instruction, keeping clients informed and files progressing.
- Prepare wills and lasting powers of attorney, and advise on trusts and estate administration.
- Develop referrer relationships while maintaining sound time recording, compliance and fee earning disciplines.
What you will need
You will need relevant qualified private client experience and the ability to manage your own caseload. The position suits someone who explains options clearly, keeps attention on the details that matter and understands how client care and commercial judgement work together.
