The role
A residential conveyancer is sought for varied work from instruction through to post completion. You will take responsibility for client matters with limited supervision, working with colleagues and other professionals to keep transactions progressing.
- Review title, carry out searches and prepare documents for residential transactions.
- Handle exchange, completion, property tax submissions and registration.
- Build relationships with clients, agents and referrers, and work with other departments where needed.
What you will need
You will be a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with at least three years of relevant qualified experience. Strong client communication, sound money laundering and accounts rules knowledge, and the ability to turn enquiries into instructions are sought. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
