    The role

    Support conveyancers with residential property matters, prepare routine legal documents and help submit registration applications. You will update clients and professional contacts, handle incoming queries and keep the administrative stages of transactions organised. The work offers regular contact with the legal team and an opportunity to understand how each part of a conveyancing matter fits together.

    What you will need

    Conveyancing knowledge or previous experience is preferred. An understanding of land and contract law is useful, alongside strong organisation and clear telephone communication. You should be comfortable following procedures, checking documents and working to deadlines. Further training in the processes and relevant legal work is advertised.
