The role
- Support residential development transactions involving land acquisitions, collaboration arrangements and serviced parcel disposals.
- Draft and negotiate strategic options, funding documentation and agreements connected with urban regeneration.
- Work with clients and specialist colleagues to resolve title and transaction issues, keeping commercial objectives and timing in view.
What you will need
A property lawyer with around three to five years PQE. Existing housebuilder work is helpful, while commercial development experience is also relevant. This would suit someone who enjoys negotiating detailed documents, understanding the economics behind a project and maintaining the relationships needed to get a transaction over the line.
