    The role

    • Advise on residential land acquisitions and the agreements needed to bring development sites forward.
    • Handle collaboration arrangements, serviced parcel disposals, funding and strategic options, with exposure to regeneration work.
    • Coordinate transaction documents and specialist input, maintain client relationships and help progress matters through key deadlines.

    What you will need

    A property solicitor with at least three years PQE. Housebuilder or residential development experience would be useful, and lawyers from a commercial development background are also encouraged to express interest. You should bring confident drafting, sound commercial judgement and the ability to keep complex transactions organised while working closely with clients and colleagues.
