The role
- Assist with title investigations, searches, due diligence and legal research on residential development matters.
- Prepare and progress Land Registry applications and stamp duty submissions, and support completions and the work that follows them.
- Help organise transaction information, planning and infrastructure documents, and communicate with clients and public bodies under supervision.
What you will need
A graduate with strong organisation, accuracy and an interest in property work. Your degree does not have to be in law, and completion of the LPC or SQE is not essential for this vacancy. The role includes structured support as you learn the processes and develop confidence with the documents.
