    Develop a specialist disputes practice around the issues that affect residential buildings and their management.

    The role

    • Handle residential property disputes involving service charges, possession and forfeiture, alongside right to manage and enfranchisement issues.
    • Advise on property contracts, covenants, rights of way and insolvency questions that affect clients’ property interests.
    • Manage matters with appropriate autonomy, support junior colleagues and contribute to the practice’s client relationships.

    What you will need

    At least two years of relevant PQE or equivalent experience is sought. You should bring a grounding in property litigation, careful management of deadlines and the ability to make complex lease and title issues understandable. The role will suit a lawyer interested in the interaction between technical property rights and the practical running of residential developments.
