Responsible Business Manager, Fixed Term

• Coordinate diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee communities and reporting on progress.
• Manage charity relationships and support pro bono activity, including communications, budgets and engagement across the business.
• Work with senior stakeholders and people colleagues on training, events and external reporting.

At least four years of relevant experience in a similar professional services role is sought. You should be able to manage several programmes, influence stakeholders and turn commitments into practical activity. Experience of inclusion initiatives and employee networks is relevant, together with strong written communication, accuracy and the judgement to prioritise competing demands. The role offers substantial coordination responsibility across different functions.
